About Claire Roberts

I am a RVN with the Dip AVN(Surg), PGCertVetAA, CertVNECC and PGCertVBM. I am a member of the Veterinary Osteoarthritis Alliance’s (VOA) advisory panel and a previously elected member of the RCVS VN Council representing nursing on both the RCVS Standards Committee and CPD compliance panel.I have experience working in senior leadership roles responsible for directing excellent nursing leadership and engagement, clinical standards, client experience, education and clinical research within primary care business units. I have experience in developing and leading nursing strategies, working alongside local senior leadership teams and Operations, whilst ensuring that company values are demonstrated at all levels. I have experience of setting the direction, building frameworks for consistent delivery across the business, gaining buy-in from key stakeholders and influencing the thought leaders in an organisation.I am a proud volunteer for Pets as Therapy (PAT)
