In this role I carry a caseload of 20+ patients, whom I see once a week for virtual outpatient therapy session. I primarily focus on diagnoses/issues of adult ADHD, postpartum depression and pregnancy loss, parenting, and generalized anxiety/depression.I utilize a mix of modalities in sessions including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and a solution focused approach.In this role I also complete assessments, documentation, and treatment plans for my clients in a thorough and timely manner

I conduct daily sessions with patients doing virtual therapy, assessments, and discharges. In this role I work with the general population, treating anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment disorder, postpartum anxiety/depression, adult ADHD, and social anxiety/social isolation. I use a variety of treatment methods including CBT, DBT, talk therapy, cognitive restructuring, and motivational interviewing.

In this role I conduct virtual outpatient therapy sessions with patients from varying backgrounds, diagnoses, and ages. I also conduct intake sessions and assessments, give diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans for each of my clients.Each session is an hour long and catered to each of my client’s individual needs. I utilize CBT, DBT, and psycho education, among other techniques to best help my clients.
