As a Customer Success Manager at VA Mama, I work with a diverse and global clientele to provide them with high-quality virtual assistance services, ranging from administrative tasks, social media management, email marketing, data entry, and more. I leverage my 10 years of customer service experience and my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), communication, and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.I started my career as a General Virtual Assistant at Synergy Insurance Solutions, where I handled various projects and tasks for the company's insurance agents and clients. I then moved to iO Energy, where I was responsible for managing the customer success team and overseeing the onboarding, training, and support of new and existing customers. I joined VA Mama in August 2023, where I continue to grow and learn as a virtual professional.
