Upscale sports bar with full food menu, large beer selection, pool tables, and a consistent turnover of customers throughout the day & night. I regularly served parties for Sporting events, bachelor parties, work events, etc. sometimes consisting of 20-100 people at once. Bar regulars, vacationers, sports lovers, and businessmen were the main clientele. I was expected to always have our 6 page menu & 20+ list of beer’s memorized, as well as the cocktails & details of menu items. All guests are to be treated with kindness, respect, and the most efficient customer service I can provide. I always guaranteed every guest left feeling satisfied, while following restaurant/bar protocols.
