Download the walks to the iFootpath iPhone or Android App and you can follow your real-time progress around the live satellite route map, add your own comments and ratings and even create your own walking routes to share.We deliver digital GPS-powered walking guide collections to support various client priorities and outcomes including countryside management, tourism, economic development, business growth, fundraising and public health. Clients include Surrey County Council, Nottingham City Transport, Serco Leisure Ltd (on behalf of Sport England), Friends of Sussex Hospices, Thames Water, Brunning and Price, Adnams, Hall and Woodhouse plus a range of smaller pub companies, charities and community cafes.

Reporting to the Assistant Chief Executive, my titles during this period changed in line with internal department restructuring and included Senior Strategy and Partnership Officer, Senior Policy Officer and Head of Performance and Partnerships.- Management of the council's partnership agenda including guiding the work of Bracknell Forest Partnership to deliver shared outcomes across the public, private, voluntary and community sectors. - Negotiation and development of initiatives and outcomes (including Community Strategies and Local Area Agreements) to balance the needs of local partners and central government- Design, launch and management of a new internal performance management system (including procurement and roll-out of a new IT system) incorporating annual service planning, quarterly performance reporting (quantitative and qualitative), quarterly corporate exception reporting and annual community reporting.- Negotiation and management of grant provision and service level agreements with voluntary and community sector partners- Delivery of communications, marketing and events to support local partnership working including instigation of local partnership awards and a borough-wide careers event- Co-ordinating specific partnership themes to identify and promote areas with the most potential for added value, including community safety, learning and skills and economic development

Co-ordinating and guiding the work of the Elmbridge Local Strategic Partnership to design and deliver the borough's Community Strategy. Working with members and officers to embed community planning and engagement in all of the council's policies and processes and champion corporate sustainability. Managing a consistent and robust approach to the council's public consultation and community engagement processes.

I joined Mouchel as a graduate civil engineer in September 1998, working on a range of coastal design projects including ports and marinas in the UK and Middle East. In April 2000 I was given the opportunity to transfer to the corporate division of the group for an 18 month placement, working directly with the CEO and non-executive directors to develop and manage a research centre (in partnership with Cranfield School of Management) and an e-business strategy group. In December 2001 I was appointed as the Group Marketing Manager for Mouchel, responsible for building a new central marketing team, management of sales and marketing initiatives and delivery of corporate development work to ensure the successful flotation of the group and its subsequent merger with Parkman.
