Responsible for all licensing activities within Zodiak Kids• Manage key licensee and retail relationships in the UK across portfolio of brands• Identify, appoint and manage agents across non-UK territories• Pitch and represent Zodiak Kids properties to potential licensing, retail and promotional partners across the globe• Develop licensing strategy to maximise revenue for each property and roll out globally in conjunction with TV sales division ensuring optimum platform secured in each territory.• Work with Head of Creative, Programme development to maximise commercial opportunities during series development.• Budget and forecast accountability for total CP business

Responsible for all day-to-day licensing activity across Greeting Card and Party categories.• Managing relationship with all Licensors including contract negotiation and forecast delivery• Work closely with Finance team to ensure timely tracking and reporting of royalties to licensors • In conjunction with Marketing and Product Development team develop pitches to secure new licenses to develop a balanced portfolio • Attend retail meetings with Key Account Managers to discuss licensors brand plans.

Direct Licensing division, both UK and International to ensure commercial potential unlocked across full portfolio of brands in each territory to meet financial goals of company. Collaborate with Directors of Distribution, Music, Home Entertainment, Digital and Live Entertainment to fully exploit Global Content across all media/platforms.• Devise and drive the exploitation strategy for all brands and manage them to maximise revenue potential.• Develop and manage UK and International Licensing team and Product Development team to ensure financial targets achieved, creating team environment and culture promoting of openness and inter departmental collaboration.• Oversee budget and forecasting process with overall responsibility for delivering divisions P&L • Instigated total reboot of Postman Pat brand delivering retail sales exceeding £120M in 24 months following launch at retail. • Key contact for all retail relationships.• Steer new content development to optimize future successful commercial exploitation.

Managed Carlton Consumer Division’s licensing team ensuring business objectives were met in all territories. Developed strategic plans to maximise revenue potential for Carlton’s diverse portfolio of brands, both owned and third party• Prepared and achieved financial budgets (including advances and royalties) for each property in each territory.• Managed team of 7 (4 direct reports) across licensing, marketing, international and creative.• Raised profile of Carlton Licensing with property principles and secured 3rd party licensing partnerships for Pocoyo and Captain Scarlet (Forecast revenue £11.6M)• Managed the relationship with Universal Studios consumer products team to ensure all Thunderbirds movie deals in Carlton’s best interests. • Implemented plans for Thunderbirds 40th anniversary merchandise programme.
