Having completed numerous projects for Mercedes-Benz over the years, I have always been inspired by the team's energy and the synergy with my ever-growing passion for the automotive industry. Since 2022, I have been providing freelance services through MME Hospitality, a premier staffing agency specializing in high-end events for diverse, high-profile clients. My role requires me to adapt quickly to the specific needs and preferences of clients and their guests, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.I particularly enjoy the variety of events that MME manages, each presenting unique challenges that keep the work engaging. Collaborating with a passionate team fosters a positive atmosphere.I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Mercedes-Benz, serving as a key freelancer at major events such as the Masters Expo (2022 and 2023) and the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Zandvoort (2023 and 2024).

This year, I joined LeCarage in their mission to create an exclusive car hub for passionate owners of high-performance and classic vehicles. As Hospitality Manager at LeClub, I launched our automotive Gentlemen’s Club, overseeing all aspects of operations, including member onboarding, event organization, social media management, and daily activities. My focus is on creating a community where members can share their love for cars while delivering exceptional service.This role has sharpened my event planning skills and enhanced my ability to manage high-end clientele. Working with a small, professional team, I balance hospitality responsibilities with automotive management, ensuring smooth operations and catering to each client’s unique needs.

At the start of 2023, I worked as a Floor Manager at Bar Bistro Bureau in Amsterdam, part of Vermaat Group. My responsibilities included managing staff, coordinating daily service, leading events, overseeing communication between the service and kitchen teams, maintaining stock, and handling reservations. The venue’s mix of chic dining and a casual bar for large groups taught me to effectively divide my attention, handle stress and adapt to guests' diverse needs. I gained experience managing large bookings, from dinners of 20-150 guests to corporate events for up to 400. This role strengthened my ability to stay composed under pressure and lead a team positively.

Since the beginning of 2022, I have been working at Benji's as a service employee, where I honed my skills as a barista. To broaden my experience, I received additional training for kitchen shifts, which allowed me to take on multiple responsibilities and enhance my versatility. Benji's provided an excellent learning environment where I developed expertise in latte art and cooking techniques, as well as the opportunity to train new employees, further enriching my skill set in a dynamic setting.

In 2022, I had the opportunity to join the FanEx team, a start-up platform focused on building communities through a rewards system in collaboration with Dutch soccer teams like NEC Nijmegen. In this role, I was responsible for recruiting new employees, managing HR tasks, scheduling appointments, creating content, supporting client meetings, providing customer service, and ensuring the office was well-organized. This experience gave me valuable insights into the workings of start-ups and significantly sharpened my planning and organizational skills.I have learned a great deal and am so grateful.
