I am a highly motivated, dedicated and conscientious employee. I have performed several successful roles within the IT arena, including that of an IT design and implementation consultant for a multi-national corporation. These roles developed a good aptitude for communication, numeracy and logic skills. Through my childcare experience and formal training I have built an excellent understanding of many aspects of childcare development, child protection policies/procedures and a good knowledge of relevant codes of practice and school policies. I consider my primary strengths are strong organisational skills, a structured and straightforward approach, effective time management and a strong understanding of both IT and children.
