I am a highly motivated, dedicated and conscientious employee. I have performed several successful roles within the IT arena, including that of an IT design and implementation consultant for a multi-national corporation. These roles developed a good aptitude for communication, numeracy and logic skills. Through my childcare experience and formal training I have built an excellent understanding of many aspects of childcare development, child protection policies/procedures and a good knowledge of relevant codes of practice and school policies. I consider my primary strengths are strong organisational skills, a structured and straightforward approach, effective time management and a strong understanding of both IT and children. I am a team player, and am flexible, but am equally comfortable working alone when required. I am accurate and have the ability to follow instructions. I am committed to my own personal and professional development. I also feel I have the ability to motivate and inspire others. I am able to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
