Growing up, I would have laughed at you if you had told me I would end up in business. I was a creative kid who loved reading, writing poetry, music, and daydreaming. I did not think the term "businesswoman" would apply to someone like me. However, as I got older, I became passionate about STEM, tech, supply chain, management, and above all else, helping people and organizations. I never lost my creativity and now use it every day at an amazing job that allows me to work closely with my employees, customers, and suppliers to create beautiful audio equipment. As an operations manager, I see all sides of my business and always look for the next best thing. I love being involved in everything from research and development to marketing to customer service. I never stop learning. My quest for knowledge is an insatiable desire. I am constantly on the hunt for ways to better myself and the world around me. Whether I am training new employees, procuring electronics, or negotiating with business partners, I do it with a smile on my face.
