Chapter Executive
Current• Obtain promotion to Chapter Executive after 3 years of exceptional performance demonstrating outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills that contributed to ACG National Capital meeting and exceeding budgetary goals. • Orchestrate the planning and execution of monthly in-person chapter programs (50-100 attendees), as well as large-scale annual events such as the Capital Conference (~300 attendees), Corporate Growth Awards (~500 attendees), and Women’s Summit (~150 attendees). Oversee and collaborate on all aspects including registration processing, onsite management, and comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.• Supervise and manage the chapter’s database to ensure record consistency, registration processing, and lead generation of monthly and year-end membership and event reports.• Manage, support, and lead volunteer committees; Membership, Programs, Awards, Conference, Sponsorship, for the chapter, while also spearheading ACG NextGen, a cohort of M&A young professionals who will transition to full membership after two years. • Create and oversee external and internal communications, including regular email marketing campaigns, and maintain the chapter website and social media platforms to ensure consistent and engaging content.• Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries, delivering exceptional service to members and event attendees to enhance their experience and engagement with the chapter.
