The world of not for profit needs to be more self-reliant and sustainable by forging commercial partnerships. Business Plus also provides the opportunity for organisations to enhance and develop their Corporate Social Responsibility.How we do it- * By creating an environment at our events conducive to exploring new opportunities for the benefit of business and society * By assisting not for profit organisations to effectively communicate their messages at our events * Showcase inspirational individuals and organisations as good practice exemplars * Run Corporate Social Responsibility seminars with expert academics and professionals * Income generated from our events will be invested into two new social enterprise projects each year. All attendees of our events will then become benefactors of these projects

My role is to develop new business by building relationships, expanding my network, account management and leading the sales team at MPG.I am responsilbe for generating new business and managing my exisiting accounts ensuring service levels are to a high standard.I attend various networking events and have helped organise sponsorship events with the RICS, MLS Legal Awards, WIP and the Construction & Development (Chamber of Commerce) lunches. I also helped set up BPlus networking for senior decision makers.

(Mortgage presentation/recommendations) * Applying for a lenders agreement in principle (pre-approval) * Gathering all needed documents (paystubs/payslips, bank statements, etc.), * Completing a lender application form. * Explaining the legal disclosures. * Submitting all material to the lender. * Up holding my duty by saving my clients as much money as possible by offering best advice for the clients circumstances.
