I provide an efficient and supportive service to teams through a needs analysis and subsequent support in the transformation of provision for children and families with communication needs.I have over nine years of experience as a speech and language therapist, working with a general caseload from perinatal to 18 years, including DLD and complex needs.I have a first class BSc(Hons) Speech and Language Therapy from Queen Margaret University and a specialist interest in the perinatal and early years. I am passionate about early intervention and raising awareness of SLCN, and I enjoy project work and extending my skills and expertise. I am a skilled communicator, time manager, and team player, and I aim to deliver high-quality and evidence-based services that make a positive difference.
