I am a Program Coordinator at City of Santa Clara, where I assist in the development and execution of youth program objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus in December 2021, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in human behavior, development, and learning. My core competencies include program coordination, interpersonal skills, and administration.In my current role, I coordinate and schedule program activities, such as classes, workshops, and events, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. I collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure necessary resources, such as instructors, supplies, and equipment. I also monitor program budgets and expenses to ensure financial compliance and efficient resource allocation. Additionally, I evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback and data analysis, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed. I oversee seven staff and train any new coming staff. I am passionate about providing positive and enriching experiences for youth, and I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and participants. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong commitment to the organization's vision and values.
