I work with the technical and asset crews in an effort to implement pipeline organization systems such as FTrack to better streamline the asset approval process for Cocomelon.

I work with the longform development team to assist in managing visual development for projects aiming to pitch for greenlight. I manage limited series and DTV features in development by attending creative meetings, driving pitch meetings, reviewing artwork submissions, and connecting with potential producers and talent. Works with the production manager and line producer to ensure all vendor deadlines are met for the comp and FX departments. I work with the Associate Producer to meet overall production scheduling and budget requirements, as well as ensure the budget and scheduling are updated as changes are made to the film's production flow and/or staffing. I make sure that weekly quotas, department milestones & inventory expectations are met. With the AP, I develop and manage departmental.

Assists Production Manager and Line Producer in all evolving support needs. Aids production with maintaining quotas, deadlines and inventory. Ensure production goals are consistently met. Performs artist check-ins to determine status of work in the department. Has assisted in cast records, script updates and shipping episodes for animation.

Assisted the Production Supervisor with department calendar and handled scheduling for department leadership. Was responsible for daily office activities and running dailies. Distributed/collected timecards, took notes for department specific meetings and spot checked renders for artists.

My responsibilities include logging tapes for stories and for music usage, searching tape files for video, answering phones, and running the teleprompter.
