• Collaborate with program administrators, property owners, and credit team to provide low cost, long term financing for energy efficiency improvement projects across the country• Manage a diverse + dynamic pipeline of commercial real estate finance applications from term sheet to close, ensuring accuracy of internal reviews, efficiency of external approvals, and client satisfaction• Perform comprehensive credit review of small balance transactions (total financed amount ≤$1MM) to minimize default risk of Greenworks’ portfolio
