I work as a freelance Visual merchandiser and Window Dressing consultant throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Sussex. I have also helped set up Managers conferences with over 250 staff attending for the launch of Christmas events. I have also been involved with training store staff and holding workshops at the Head office for them.I have also recently started freelancing for VisionOn Installing window schemes in the UK and Europe.I also assist on wedding venue set ups and implementing themes for clients. I took a temporary Visual Merchandising job helping the Head of Visual merchandising for Europe, Middle East and Africa by creating Event packs ( visual merchandising and window dressing for the stores) for them to implement. I now work Freelance for The Body Shop after covering this roll.

I looked after 25+ stores within the South, planning floor moves, implementing new store layouts as well as window changes. I was also responsible for the planning and execution of New store openings within my area. I also did many training sessions with the staff on Visual merchandising principles and practices. I worked on one of La Senza's biggest store openings in Westfield London which was one of my biggest challenges as a Visual merchandiser.

I travelled across the south looking after 20+ Monsoon stores and implemented the window changes. I also helped to train store staff on how to dress windows.

I looked after all the visual merchandising within the store for Ladies, Mens, accessories, lingerie and children's wear as well as implementing the windows and planning the stores layout.
