Hello! Welcome to my professional journey! I am a meticulous Chartered Accountant with a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from Griffith University, navigating the Energy industry for over a decade.Currently working as the Business Advisor to the CEO at Arrow, I provide support to the CEO and executive team, working with a group of farsighted leaders in this industry and being able to gather the deep insights of the business and see the full picture is a great honour to me. My story began in Gladstone in 2013, amidst the LNG construction boom on Curtis Island. Since then, I've immersed myself in the Queensland Coal Seam Gas (CSG) sector, gaining valuable insights through roles working for companies either the upstream operators or contractors for the LNG projects. My professional background is in Finance, where I specialise in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a keen focus on data analytics and business improvement. I have recently completed data analytics courses at RMIT, exploring tools like Tableau, Python, and SQL, complementing my proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SAP S4/HANA.Beyond numbers, I champion Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. I am a member in Arrow Energy’s DIEB council. As an Asian female in the energy industry, I bring an unique perspective, actively promoting environments where every voice is heard and valued.
