Day-one startup aimed to help solve the talent matching experience for critical technology hiring into high growth, purpose oriented, tech-first companies (VC-backed to NASDAQ listed clients): Manager Strategic Initiatives:Strategy, Planning & Ops: Working with the founder to improve strategy, planning, operations to enhance execution.Sales Enablement: Improving sales processes, CRM management, customer experience and data management. Messaging: worked with leadership to more clearly define value proposition, messaging, copy and outreach process. Product & Market Research and Analysis: rigorously reviewed other matching platforms and businesses to extract features, messaging and branding for review by Founder and Product Lead (careers, dating, travel, consumer, e-commerce).

National governing body for tennis in the United Kingdom (not-for-profit). Held multiple positions and promotions across a 9-year tenure.
