About Claire Williams

Bioinformatician with a background in neurobiology, developmental biology, and immunology and a strong publication, grant and presentation track record. As a Data Scientist at NanoString Technologies, I am currently the technical lead for maintenance and development of analysis pipelines, primarily written in R, used by internal colleagues for the analysis of hundreds of high-plex spatial transcriptomic and proteomic data sets. I regularly engage with customers to provide tailored bioinformatics support and enable biological discovery. With over a decade of wet and dry lab experience, I am excited about opportunities to collaborate on cross-disciplinary teams to further our understanding of disease, degeneration, and development.
