Overseeing and implementing a cohesive dance programme across Walsall, Wolverhampton, Sandwell and Dudley aiming to raise standards in dance and increase participation across the Black Country. Providing access for schools and community groups via residencies with professional dance companies such as Rosie Kaye and Frontline.

Working as a dance teacher on a freelance basis when required leading dance to Primary and secondary age pupils on a week long residential Performing Arts Course. Each week the pupils work across the Performing arts subjects of Dance, drama, art and music culminating in either a performance each day or at the end of the week.

Working as a Visiting Lecturer over a period of years. Responsible for lecturing in dance in a range of subjects; ballet technique, contemporary dance technique, choreography, Jazz technique, Dance in education and community dance.

Led and developed education material for school groups aligned to the company's current repertoire.
