As an Account Director at Storetec, I have over 20 years of experience in the Records and Information Management industry, where I have developed a deep expertise in customer relationship management, document management solutions, and digital transformation. My mission is to help my clients find the best solutions for their records management needs, whether it is a hybrid solution of physical and digital storage, multi-site collections and indexing, retention management, AP workflow, mailroom automation, secure destruction, or any other service that can simplify their processes, save their space, enhance their security, and reduce their costs. I work closely with my clients to understand their challenges, goals, and policies, and tailor bespoke solutions that suit their specific requirements and preferences. I always go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and to deliver high-quality results that add value to their businesses. I am also passionate about supporting charitable causes, and I am currently training for an Atlantic Row in December 2024 with Team Rollocks, to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
