As a project consultant, my role was to take a lead on a variety of projects where I was responsible for the delivery of multi-million pound budgets. Time, quality and cost were key principles of delivery, as were ensuring accurate records were kept, analysing data, raising and approving purchase orders, reporting, and having a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Over a decade, I had a number of roles at WSCC, including the role of Project Development Officer. This role was established to develop and take a strategic lead on the Access Channels for the service and be responsible and accountable for their success. Involved in leading and developing an immediate team and supervising a larger team to ensure a high quality service is delivered to citizens and service users. During this period, I was seconded to the role of eGovernment Project Officer to focus on the development and delivery of e-business processes for the service in order to meet central government targets. 100% of targets were met under my project management.
