Created the weekly Newsletter to inform customers of the events and concerts at the venue

As a semester intern, Claire took inventory and packaged vinyls and CDs to be sent out for customers.

As an intern at Michelle Roche Media Relations, Claire researched the tour markets for potential publications and reached out to media outlets for coverage. She also sent out press releases for opportunities for the clients to get media exposure.

While back home for the summer, I was given the opportunity to work as a sales associate on the floor for two months. During my time there, I was able to learn a new system, the product line, and assist customers to find the product they would describe. My first week was during the Semi-annual sale which gave me little time to learn the system before being put on the floor. Working at Victoria's Secret was an experience that taught me much about retail and customer service.

As a waitress, customer satisfaction is the upmost priority. I would explain the different meals and optional substitutions, the ingredients, and the preparation of the food. Working with the customers and assisting to their needs was a communication skill I learned while working at Champy's. I learned to multi task in completing my side-work while serving tables. I was a full-time student at the time and gained time management skills.
