As an intern for the USDA National Forest Service at Kaibab National Forest, my main role was to support and assist Customer Service Representatives with in-person visitors at the Williams Ranger Station. This included answering questions, optimizing and organizing storage spaces, assisting with public outreach programs/events, and basic office tasks. My position also offered educational opportunities to learn more about the Forest Service through direct participation with both the Wildlife and NEPA departments.

My position includes managing student workers, creating training materials for new student recruits, maintaining information documents, and training all new student recruits on the phones, the admission process, and University services. I also assisted with campus tours, and the preparation and management of Admissions events.

I work in the call center, as well as the front desk of the Lombardo Welcome Center, and I work as a campus tour guide. My daily activities involve answering emails, answering phone calls, preparing materials and giving campus tours for incoming prospective students, office upkeep, and creating posts for the Instagram page, @thecrewatmu.

I oversee the management of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Center’s social media platforms. I keep our followers informed of events and market our services to Millersville University students. I create content for the ELC Instagram and Facebook.

During my time at Adventure Korea, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in various aspects of the travel industry, gaining hands-on experience in multiple roles. One of my key responsibilities included content creation for Adventure Korea's Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. I also wrote and published articles on the Adventure Korea Website, highlighting spaces in Seoul for travelers and recapping trips with our clients. Another responsibility I had included the development of new travel packages, such as a trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand. This included location research, as well as creating marketing materials, multiple daily itinerary options, and webpage design. I also worked with clients directly, organizing and coordinating trips, helping each client to create personal trip packages by recommending locations depending on their travel goals, as well as handling the logistics of their trip. Outside of the office space, I also acted as a trip guide for our English-speaking clients, guiding them to multiple locations around Seoul and the larger metropolitan area.

Out Of Phase records is a student-run independent record label from Millersville, PA, and has been operating since August 2022. My position within the Social Media and Marketing team was to consult our artists on their current social media presence and present them with tips and suggestions for how to grow that presence online. My roles consisted of analyzing social media pages, communicating with artists about their goals and capabilities regarding social media, and presenting them with the next steps toward achieving those goals.
