I have a track record of working with clients to achieve personal and business results, of motivating and developing people – while keeping a focused approach on business performance. My belief, based on experience is the most effective approach to improve business performance is through people. It is the ingenuity of people that have created solutions to the challenges Covid-19 has brought us. Harnessing that resource and developing capability is a key leadership skill I work with business leaders and their teams to develop the capability to overcome challenges to deliver the strategy and achieve the goals of their organisations. My approach is working with clients to get clarity on what they want to achieve and facilitate the learning and development needed to achieve these results. I utilise my coaching, training and facilitation skills, I have a very practical style and solution-focused approach.I have a strong operational background as a senior manager in global logistics in GSK. During this time I lead teams through the significant change of two corporate integrations.
