From a young age, I was driven by a passion to empower others to reach their full potential in whatever they wanted to achieve.. My journey began in the corporate world, where I trained and supported managers to maximise the performance and well being of their teams. However, after the birth of my first child, my focus shifted. I realised I wanted to broaden my impact by helping students build confidence and instil in them a lifelong love of learning, so I trained to become a teacher.With over a decade of teaching experience, I made the decision to leave the classroom and dedicate my time to supporting students who needed extra help outside of school to excel in their English GCSEs. This led to the creation of 'Tutoring With Claire B'.In just one year, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 50 students build confidence and achieve success in their English studies. I also exceeded my teaching salary, prompting others to ask how I did it. This inspired me to launch 'Tutor Launch Academy', where I now empower fellow educators to start and grow their own successful tuition businesses.
