🗺️ Places to go• Created an enhanced browsing experience for local content, helping users discover the best ‘Places to Go.’• Led every phase from product strategy to hands-on launching of 2 products, including hypothesis testing, user research, and data analysis.• Through pivoting, achieved a 4.6X increase in user engagement rate, a 2.7X increase in clicks per user, and drove 446K DAUs.😍 Place Review Reaction• Created a reaction feature to motivate reviewers to write quality reviews.• Iterated a set of reactions through user research and collaboration across multiple teams to optimize for users and address abuse.• Resulted in 20K+ reviewers being motivated daily to write higher-quality reviews after receiving reactions.👆 Feed Onboarding• Improved flows and call-to-action for the onboarding process, allowing more users to customize location-based review feed easily. • Led decision-making for improvement direction and success metrics. • Resulted in a 2.3X increase in CTA clicks and an average 3X boost in completion rates for each step.
