What gets me out of bed in the morning.....its my Personal Purpose!The belief that through blending my marketing, coaching, mentoring, talent and L&D/training experience I can help individuals and teams flourish and grow, so that they can become the best versions of themselves and so love what they do! I've been privileged to work with some lovely people to help them identify and achieve their goals. Helping others develop, grow and achieve things they believed were too difficult or even impossible, is immensely fulfilling.My story so far....So in a nutshell, my career has always been driven by my interest in people and understanding our behaviour. This thread has woven my story together from consumer insight and brand marketing, through to commercial capability building, talent management and executive coaching/mentoring. Along the way I've worked with some great FMCG companies (Colgate-Palmolive and SC Johnson), in retail and service ( BAA and Safeway) and most recently with a global commercial capability consultancy, working with leading Retail, FMCG and Pharma clients ( Brand Learning, now part of Accenture).My style and values (the stuff you just can't help 'being'): naturally warm, positive, friendly, cup half full, loves working collaboratively and creating connections.........all bundled up with the genuine desire to positively impact others in their professional growth.So if you are looking to grow professionally as an individual or a team, and would like to explore working with an Executive Coach, Mentor, L&D Facilitator/Trainer who brings a blend of commercial experience, with a growth mindset, I'm always up for a chat (even better if accompanied by a latte and cake!)
