-At Euroroute I was responsible for ensuring that established customers received a consistent level of service within Euroroute. -I also oversaw the integration of new clients’ projects within Euroroute. This would involve interpreting their specific requirements and adapting our own facilities and operations to meet their needs.-I devised procedure and operation guidelines for Euroroute, and was the main point of contact for staff training.-I dealt with many suppliers (transport and otherwise) during my time in Euroroute and have a large degree of knowledge in terms of supply chain analysis in the field of logistics; in addition to transport, logistics, fulfilment.-I have been involved with two major telecoms firms through Euroroute where I have visited their sites and analyzed their logistics operational practices. In both cases I have drafted up procedures, inventory control manuals and policies for their logistic activities.
