Each new venture brings along vitality and enthusiasm and provides a stretch for growth and understanding. Over the years I have had the good fortune of working in a diverse number of work environments from a law firm to a large international corporate, as well as in a number of exciting start-ups until I ventured to start my own, in partnership. I am grateful for each experience, every role and all leadership positions I have occupied over the years. With the appropriate growth mindset, coaching and mentoring, and the support of many peers, I have faced opportunities and challenges which have seen me grow both personally and professionally. My career has thought me that in giving is receiving and I find it very rewarding to share my experiences, learnings, pitfalls I faced and trials I encountered with others business leaders and budding entrepreneurs. As a new Vistage Chair working with Vistage Malta, my goal is to build and facilitate a group of trusted and authentic leaders from diverse backgrounds and experiences to support each other be the best they can be.I am currently a shareholder and director of Moving Ads and Cowfish, 2 companies working in the OOH advertising space. I am also shareholder and director at D4n6 working in information security and data privacy. Previously as CEO of HAUD, I lead HAUD’s international expansion and oversaw the ongoing commercial success of the product portfolio. Ijoined HAUD in 2012 from its parent group FORTYTWO Group, where I provided counsel for its subsidiaries, advising on legal matters and corporate governance. My mobile sector experience dates back to 2002, when I began working for Vodafone Malta, heading up the Legal, Regulatory and Corporate Affairs departments, before being seconded to Vodafone Qatar as marketing manager. More recently, I held the position of consumer sales manager for Vodafone Malta and was responsible for direct and indirect sales channels.
