Like an Executive Director, I oversaw the strategic transformation of the Fund, implementing key initiatives to strengthen governance, improve project management, and maximize the impact of resources. Among my projects:- Strategic revision of the bylaws to strengthen governance and align with organizational goals.- Management of the call for applications for the engagement committee and board of directors, enhancing talent diversity.- Restructuring the Fund to improve project management, resource allocation, and maximize the impact of donations.- Optimizing project management by implementing a specialized philanthropy web app, boosting efficiency and collaboration.- Redesigning the website and developing an internal and external communication plan to increase visibility, transparency, and engagement.- Managing the stakeholder community (donors, volunteers, fund networks, co-funders), strengthening partnerships and long-term commitment.- Developing impact measurement strategies to assess and maximize the effectiveness of initiatives.
