Daylight is an independent creative technology studio, based in Tāmaki Makaurau. We collaborate with partners who have big ambitions, helping to build gutsy brands and drive change through intuitive digital products, creative storytelling and content.As part of my role, I lead the health and science communication arm of the business which includes the work we do with the World Health Organization and Unicef.

Responsible for managing the direct response TV (DRTV) programs of numerous charity and INGO clients, to help them acquire new donors and raise valuable income. This included the briefing and production of TV ads and overseeing all areas of campaign implementation from media planning and analysis to response handling and online/digital optimisation to ensure the client achieves a strong ROI. My more senior roles covered identifying opportunities for client growth and development as well as line managing two Account Managers. My clients included: Unicef, Sightsavers (UK, Italy, Ireland, Norway, Sweden), Four Paws (Austria, Germany, Netherlands, UK), PDSA, Mencap, Smile Train (Germany, UK), Borns Vilkar (Denmark).

Accountable for the delivery of large-scale retail and brand campaigns across both the BP and Wild Bean Cafe brands. My role involved working on enhancing our social media presence, loyalty strategies, customer insights, leveraging community investment and implementing monthly promotions.

Project managing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels as part of a small integrated marketing team. Made an active contribution to acquisition, retention and campaign marketing strategy, customer research, systems work, data analytics and digital strategy.
