Claire currently heads up a small consultancy working with several brands and companies including AppleTV+ and Conde Nast. She worked with JONESWORKS in 2022, where she created and implemented the social strategy for Chris Hemsworth and his companies. She advises on digital strategy (with a big emphasis on influencer marketing and talent partnerships).In 2021 Claire joined Beaubble as the Head of Strategic Partnerships, a beauty tech startup where tastemakers (talent/artists) and consumers alike, can collaborate and launch personalized brands and products through the platform. There, she brokered deals with talent across entertainment, digital, music, and fashion verticals. Prior to joining Beaubble, Claire was a senior member of the Dentsu Creative, Influencer Marketing and Talent Partnerships team. Her hop over to Dentsu Creative came after she guided the Gleam Futures US business through a major acquisition to Dentsu Aegis Network back in 2017. She spent 6 years leading the North American operation of Gleam Futures, an Influencer Marketing and Digital Talent agency. During her tenure at Gleam Futures, Claire launched the US arm of the business and built the team from the ground up. She spearheaded business development in the US, inking multi-platform, socially-led brand deals and strategic partnerships.She’s lived in Los Angeles for 13 years, moving from London in 2010 and joining StyleHaul (RTL Group), the largest multi-channel video network in the fashion and beauty space. There, she conceptualized and ran some of the first digital content campaigns on YouTube with talent, brands, and properties such as L’Oréal (Maybelline and NYX), NYFW, and The Associated Press. Claire started her career working in-house for Benefit Cosmetics (LVMH Group) in Europe, producing global marketing initiatives and overseeing product launches for EMEA.
