Highly qualified and experienced certificated practitioner in all forms of Sivananda Yoga (trained in International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in Centre and Ashrams as staff and student in India, Thailand and Canada ). Also, in Hatha Yoga and all forms of mediation Yoga, Zen, and Tibetan Buddhism. I am a Master reiki healer and studied philosophy in Yoga and Buddhism in Ashrams and Buddhist monasteries. I've also trained in Pilates and Tefl English in the Ashrams while teaching and studying Yoga.I teach therapeutic activities ( Yoga all forms, Meditation, Pilates and therapeutic and hoilisic work for mind body and inner self) for corporate bonding to destressing and help mindfulness to work under pressure and to reach goals in business and deadlines . This includes team building for small groups or one to one sessions for adults in the business world, seminars and project building .To help restore peace of mind and aid body function in day to day, busy business lives and home lives, through holistic and therapeutic activities.Before working at Sivananda.org ,I ran a sucessful business across Sussex in holistic therapy ( Occupational therapy based work ) call Act 3 and before that I work in corporate business at Goldman Sachs investment Bank in 2000. I have also worked through my business with learning difficulty, mental health and adults of 16+ Adults in different capacity in Social care, Nursing home, E.M.I, Rest bite care,therapeutically and in the NHS. Brighton General Hospital rehabilitation centre, Southlands hospital Dome , Community team based in West Sussex and Horley Surrey secondary care in mental health.
