    As a Senior Coordinator for 3 Lancashire Wide ESF projects with a projected income of circa £11million, I was responsible for the accurate and timely submission of learner records and claims to support these projects. As the lead representative of the External Grants and Funding team in relation to project compliance, I represented the organisation during ESFA audit and compliance visits and during OFSTED inspection visits. I provided Lancashire wide communications in relation to ESFA guidance to our partnership network of 30+ training providers via regular email updates, a monthly newsletter and giving regular presentations. This network included on, and off, site delivery and training managers within organisations pan Lancashire. I accurately updated bespoke contract-based databases to meet monthly claim deadlines. I also advised internal and external delivery teams with regards to the timely completion of delivery and project claims. I provided timely and accurate reports to the Assistant Head of External Grants and Funding on project performance and income generation taken from bespoke learner databases and the ILR to support project performance management across the Lancashire network. I also regularly liaised with Preston’s College’s finance team to generate and administer purchase orders and invoices in relation to the 3 ESF projects I support. I have also coached, trained and line managed a team of 3 Assistant Team Leaders to effectively supervise a team of Administrators and Project Officers which contributed to our winning of our organisation’s Team of the Month during a pressurised period.
