Worked directly with the Sales Manager to efficiently run an office of 25 sales agents. I supported the agents as well as the Sales Manager with day to day situations and special projects. Duties included coordinating the maintenance of the building, office equipment and supplies, as well as vouchering for vendor payments. I was responsible to keeping the listing/binder files for the office, preparing closing bills to attorneys, banking, trustee account, and reporting the listings and sales to the company, using the database used for company listing and sale/commission tracking, monthly reports and listing maintenance in the ROMIO database was also required.I was also responsible for creating the weekly newspaper advertising for the office, using the Data Based Ads program and coordinating with the newspaper reps. This included creating ad copy and photos, as well as meeting newspaper deadlines. I was required to keep an advertising budget for expenses.

Provided administrative support to 40 sales agents and managers. Duties included creating and maintaining listing files, inputting and updating listing data on multiple MLS databases as well as the company website. This included working with resizing and importing photos. Office supply inventory and orders as well as office maintenance was required. I also backed up duty broker on heavy telephones, created office brochures and assisted with preparation of Competitive Market Analysis Reports for agents.
