● Engaged in direct care, serving children and adolescents ages 9-18 with comorbid disorders including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, disruptive mood disorder, and various eating disorders through family meetings and individual sessions. ● Attended weekly supervision meetings with LICSW supervisor to adhere to Board Standards and school accreditation protocols to discuss cases, ensure treatment guidelines were followed and best practices were used, and receive clinical documentation sign-off for diagnostic assessments. ● Attended weekly case consultation meetings with an interdisciplinary team consisting of the various therapists and technicians as well as the organization’s psychiatrist and department head to discuss each patient’s goals, treatment plan, and additional interventions to ensure patient’s needs were met while promoting self-determination. ● Implemented patient-centered, evidence-based interventions through DBT Training and incorporated client’s personal goals through goal setting to target specific behaviors, increase motivation, and foster development.● Provided documentation of patient insights shared during group sessions, individual therapy sessions, and patient-reported diary card responses to gain additional awareness on new areas of concern to explore.
