The Cheapside Business Alliance (BID) went live May 2015, working in Partnership with the City Corporation to provide a vehicle for developing enhanced relationships between businesses themselves and the Corporation. Activities proposed by the CBA will complement and build upon exemplary services already provided by the COL and will create a long term sustainable partnership that adds value the Cheapside area. There are five key strategic themes: Environment & Way Finding, Tourism & Culture, Marketing & Events, Business Awareness & Networking and Employment. Key projects and budgets are proposed to Board members & Steering groups. I communicate effectively with a full range of stakeholders including developers, statutory partners, and government entities, and I gather all required information to generate regular reports and presentations, tracking KPIs for my entire portfolio of projects.

Responsible for liasing with global FMCG retailers and businesses on Regent Street, Conduit Street and South Molton Street. Supported retailers collaborating with their head office management staff to drive footfall and co-ordinate events / launches. Encouraged sign up for new members to the Association to increase revenue targets in order to maximize benefits for both parties.Project managed key partnerships including Crown Estate, Regent Street Direct, The New West End Company, Sister PR, Media Circus, WEMA and London & Partners.Supported key annual and seasonal events that took place on Regent Street i.e Christmas lights, London to Brighton Veteran Car Show.

My region was the City and West End opening new stores for the business in total 25 stores, as well as supporting existing stores, driving footfall, creating events, working with key corporate clients. Supporting key projects for the business re inventing the wheel. Working with other teams within head office and store level. Achieving fantastic results such as the opening of Westfield Shopping Centre and the opening of St. Davids 2 Shopping Centre in Cardiff.
