About Claire Dumontier-Marriage

Experienced in running Business Improvement Districts, having worked for regeneration consultancy Primera for over 10 years. I’m passionate about the power of public/private partnership and how businesses can shape their areas. Over the years, I have developed strong relationships across London, and I pride myself on my ability to bring together stakeholders from a wide range of sectors. Delivering unique events working in partnership with charities, corporate clients, SME’s, City of London Corporation and the West End. Previous BID Manager for the first BID in the City of London, the Cheapside Business Alliance, working to successfully secure a second term for the BID. Now appointed as BID Director for EC BID, the biggest occupier BID in the country by revenue. Together with my colleagues at Primera, I’m proud to be giving a voice to the Eastern City’s business community, as together we promote and enhance this unique part of the City

Key projects and budgets are proposed to Board members & Steering groups. I communicate effectively with a full range of stakeholders including developers, statutory partners, and government entities, and I gather all required information to generate regular reports and presentations, tracking KPIs for my entire portfolio of projects.
