As a mobilisation expert I work with a range of charities and progressive not-for-profits to help them to increase their impact. I specialise in digital campaigning, mobilisation and integrated supporter journeys. I particularly enjoy the mix of high level strategy work and hands-on detailed delivery. I work with clients on a range of projects from small consultancy pieces to large multi-year strategic and delivery projects. My work includes:* Campaign and/or fundraising strategy design and execution* Mobilisation strategy and execution* Supporter journey design (including across multiple countries and languages)* Testing and optimisation planning and execution* Creative process facilitation* Technology support and training (especially campaigning and fundraising platforms and email tools)* Training event design and delivery* The production of training materials* Supporter acquisitionI work on a range of issues including climate change, international development, social care, etc.

Working on the mobilisation team I developed and delivered mobilisation strategies to encourage the existing supporter base to take action and recruiting new supporters. I led the mobilisation efforts for the 'Arctic Roar' project where we placed a 3 tonne puppet polar bear outside Shell's office to protest Arctic drilling. This included coordinating activist briefing and content gathering, managing a large team and coordinating live-streamed videos from the site. As well as ensuring we had a great website, email and social media communications throughout.

Working on campaigns including: Enough Food for Everyone...IF campaign to end hunger; Tax Justice campaigns to help ensure that big businesses pay their fair share of tax; and the Food Not Fuel campaign to stop hunger-causing biofuels. I manage the campaigns website and micro-sites, our email and social media communications and overall digital engagement strategies. This includes managing freelancers and working with digital agencies to produce campaign content.

Working to engage supporters, staff and scientists in our political campaigns. Recruiting and managing high-level volunteers and leading on digital engagement.

Supporting with the organisation of a mass lobby of Parliament among other campaigns work.
