As Marketing Communications Manager, I am responsible for creating compelling communication plans to CityFibre's wholesale business channel audience. This means developing compelling mixed-media campaigns, including product promotions and launches, as well as keeping our business and wholesale website areas updated. I create compelling end-to-end campaigns - ideas, content, designing assets, building email templates and landing pages and keeping internal stakeholders updated with progress. I have led our digital marketing strategy for the wholesale channel, using paid social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter and CPC using Google Ads Search/Display and Remarketing. I've also created lead-gen strategies - for example I led the implementation of a business postcode availability checker on our website, which increased the number of leads by 214%.I look after our Pardot CRM platform for the team's use by creating all email and landing page templates (using HTML and CSS); user management; keeping data up to date; automation rules; drip campaigns and social.

In 2014 the opportunity arose for me to take a lead in the visual brand of Entanet (now CityFibre). This saw me take ownership of our overall brand and produce all of our designed assets including logos, brochures, social assets, exhibition stand designs, PowerPoint themes, magazine adverts etc.I also developed two websites for Entanet during this time from the ground-up (HTML, CSS, WordPress) and fully lead the project, with stakeholder reviews throughout. I gained a Google PageSpeed Insights score of 92/100 and used SEO to maintain and improve SERP rankings. I managed all of our organic social media channels using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube as well as PPC advertising through Google Ads and LinkedIn.

Responsible for copywriting online and offline content for PR, campaigns, blogs, eBooks and trade-press articles. I launched Entanet's website in 2011, coding the website from scratch and was responsible for it's on-going maintenance. I created all of Entanet's social media channels (they had none before I joined), created all posts and ran their CPC Google Ad Search campaigns for lead generation. I also organised many of our channel trade exhibitions, conferences, webinars and events.
