I've worked internally and as a consultant across a diverse range of industries and companies in both the public and private sector. With extensive global experience to draw from and a proven track record of delivering across large scale change programs in complex environments, I thrive on being able to apply my expertise to organisations and governments, to bring their change aspirations to life by 'Change done well, by design'.I offer particular strength in delivering and advising on change within financial services, government, energy and media industries, with specialist expertise in large digital implementations, M&A, 'Change as a Service' and complex customer change. For the last 10 years I've had the privilege of founding and leading one of Australia's most credible organisational change management consultancies, Blue Seed Consulting and inspiring others to embrace the opportunities of change is what drives and motivates me everyday. Outside of Blue Seed I'm honoured to be serving as a board director at Cure Brain Cancer Australia and working on my golf handicap!
