Founded and coordinated the Waveney division of the registered charity The Hygiene Bank, established to tackle the growing issue of hygiene poverty in the UK. Key responsibilities: Setting up local donation and collection centres, funding and marketing the project (mainly through social media), establishing a team of area volunteers, coordinating logistics, deliveries and storage of hygiene products, working with partners to ensure products reach those in need (for example Waveney and Lowestoft Foodbank, Health Visiting Teams, local schools, domestic violence organisations), increased response to immediate needs as a result of COVID 19 (providing hand sanitiser to care homes, for example).

Responsible for developing a schools and arts programme for Norfolk called ‘To End all Wars’, to commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War.Key responsibilities: Developing the project and writing the funding bid for a new centenary project, working with project partners to research and identify material for the schools programme, managing educational specialist staff in the creation of written resources, managing the development of the website, reporting to funders and stakeholders, budget management, monitoring and evaluation.

Responsible for the continuous management, development and delivery of 'From Russia with Love', the education programme linked to the international Houghton Revisited exhibition. Key responsibilities: Managing, promoting and coordinating educational group visits and professional development opportunities for teachers and project staff, managing the project team including artists and volunteers, reporting to project funders and stakeholders, managing a budget of £100,000, leading on a full evaluation programme.
