Effectively managed the Project Management Office with a portfolio of c200 projects across Europe, working with Global & Sub-Regional project delivery organisations to develop and implement appropriate project management processes and controls and program / project management reporting.

Managed the delivery of small projects that supported the operational functions of the Retail IS Application Management team.

As part of an Integration programme managed a team of Technical Analysts to support the business through major changes to their IS systems. Work was focussed on ensuring that issues found by the business were prioritised and dealt with in a timely manner whilst maintaining a positive stakeholder relationship and ensuring that there was no impact to our.

As part of the Application Support function for the Retail business managed a team of Technical Analysts primarily focussed on the resolution of support tickets, however, also working on small pieces of development work. This included hands on support using Lotus Notes, Microsoft and Oracle technologies.

Worked as a client developer within Powergen/E.ON using C#. Also carried out some backend development using Oracle PL/SQL.

As Certified Lotus Notes Principal Developer developed a number of applications starting with requirement analysis through to training and conference style demonstrations to up to 50 people.Contributed, through the development of a suite of Notes applications for Cottam Power Station, to them achieving a gold award in the Business Excellence awards.
