Generalist HR role reporting into the senior HR Business Partner and jointly managing the Markets Operations division, with c.1700 employees globally across the UK, Asia, Europe and US. Experienced in a range of HR responsibilities including managing year end processes, reward, performance management and large team restructures. Solely project managed the yearly feedback survey 'Our View' for 2013 for the division, ensuring the project is delivered to all 10,000 Markets employees and there is appropriate post implementation to fully utilise the results, including providing my recommendations to senior management.

Worked alongside the programme manager to organise and deliver the two-year graduate training programme for ~150 graduates across International Banking, Operations and Technology graduate programmesInvolved with all aspects of the programme: Identifying and arranging the delivery of graduate and manager training courses, running talent calibration sessions, managing performance of graduates, organising the rotations process, setting up of Analyst committees, assisting with reward processes and running exit interviews and disciplinary meetings
