    After a long stint at William Hill I had the opportunity to take redundancy. I always wanted a dog but my role was full on and I travelled a lot, which I loved, so wasn’t the right time. I collected my puppy Alan the weekend after I finished work and spent the rest of 2019 training him and developing my skills in patience.My career break was extended due to Covid but this gave me time to support my family with various health challenges. My Pharmacology degree came in handy translating medical reports & conversations.
