Set up the Talent Acquisition function, defined the strategy, implemented a delivery model to recruit at scale, optimised processes, implemented new tools and created an 'All in' team culture. Extended and integrated the model following the merger of ANS and UKFast (PE backed). After a long stint at William Hill I had the opportunity to take redundancy. I always wanted a dog but my role was full on and I travelled a lot, which I loved, so wasn’t the right time. I collected my puppy Alan the weekend after I finished work and spent the rest of 2019 training him and developing my skills in patience.My career break was extended due to Covid but this gave me time to support my family with various health challenges. My Pharmacology degree came in handy translating medical reports & conversations.

Technology and product talent has been a key focus and critical to our significant growth across digital channels and global expansions. -As the Director of the Global Centre of Excellence I was responsible for:-Setting & delivering the TA strategy-Leading a team of up to 15 people prior to outsourcing -Created a consistent Employer brand & EVP with personality & tone of voice, which was embedded though out the candidate journey -Developed a TA comms calendar to share exciting content to engage with talent across all channels including, social & digital media & internally-Delivered multiple change & transformation projects including moving from in-house delivery model to RPO & global ATS implementation -Collaborated with international colleagues to define the global TA strategy-Introduced a global TA data dashboard to elevate the visibility of key metrics & support decision making, driving continuous improvement activities -Driving force behind the automation of the onboarding process using ServiceNow-As part of the HR Leadership team I worked on cross-functional people projects including culture, Internal mobility & diversity & Inclusion

Delivered strategic resourcing projects including eRecruitment, direct hiring strategy, assessment and resourcing models across the Co-operative group businesses including Food, Pharmacy, Travel, Funerals, Corporate etc.

Management of an onsite team of 8 across 3 locations in the UK responsible for end to end recruitment for GE Money & GE Money Home Lending. Implemented a resourcing stragtegy fousing on direct sourcing which significantly reduced cost per hire and time to hire. Improved candidate and manager experience.
