Managed Strategic Internal and External Communications Initiatives.• Developed and executed external communications programming for key new Zynga product launches, category entries and live franchises. Worked in partnership with game team and brand marketing on the development of media strategies, written materials (press releases and blogs) as well as logistics for executive press briefings.• Curated internal weekly product team highlights for communications programs that supported executive leadership platforms.• Fostered employee engagement and internal communications via company all-hands meetings (managed 15+ quarterly meetings for 2,000+ employee base), internal marketing plans for new product launches and various cultural initiatives and employee engagement efforts.• Development of strategic storytelling and creative assets including company all-hands presentations, investor decks, company website revamp as well as outdoor advertising (HQ game banners and digital billboard). • Proactively redesigned the physical locations of Zynga HQ through curating, budgeting and decorating the Zynga HQ Lobby, Company Theater, Communications Team Suite and the Zynga Giants Suite at AT&T Park using Pinterest for design inspiration.

Key Member of Communications Team Dedicated to High Priority Company-Wide Projects.• Led the development and project management of key global company events such as Zynga Unleashed press conference attended by 75+ reporters. Assisted with all content and story development, oversaw graphic and asset creation and managed working team and vendors against all timelines and deliverables. • Project Manager of Zynga-wide philanthropic consumer PR campaign Oh What Fun! in partnership with Hasbro. Led the first-of-its-kind seasonal effort to promote in-game giving across 11 Zynga games to benefit Toys for Tots that raised $700,000 for charity and resulted in media placements including USA Today and "CBS This Morning."• Responsible for the communications team budget management to oversee operating expenses and vendor costs in partnership with Finance. Managed vendor onboarding including external PR agencies.• Manager of Communications Internship program and Project Coordinator roles including hiring, onboarding and day-to-day management of junior team members.• Promoted from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager in September 2013.

Supported and Assisted Communications Team With Day-to-Day Projects.• Served as a critical “SWAT” team member for Zynga’s initial public offering event in December 2012. Supported the execution and planning of the Company IPO event through internal communications and unique events such as the first San Francisco IPO bell-ringing ceremony in NASDAQ history.

• Coordinated due diligence on over 200+ companies and supported the completion of more than 20 mergers, acquisitions and talent hires.

• Managed all Pottery Barn Kids brand inventory SKU set-up, validation and transfers.• Compiled and distributed company-wide inventory and backorder reports for key executives.
