This year has been a journey of healing, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to recover after a total hysterectomy to treat my endometriosis. I also underwent ear surgery for a ruptured eardrum. It's been a significant health year, but it taught me an important lesson: there's no shame in sharing health experiences. These personal stories can help others! And we’re not just professionals, we’re people. We’re human. We only have one life, and taking care of yourself is crucial. Remember, you can't serve others from an empty cup.
