Led the employee talent development function by using engagement and performance data to create enterprise-wide development opportunities that allowed teams to scale and perform at their highest. Partnered with senior leaders to define meaningful individual and team development priorities and strategies, managed the implementation of all enterprise survey programs which provide critical information about talent development, and created aligned learning experiences. Designed and executed all new employee onboarding functions and experiences.

Led the academic programming and budget for a year-round youth enrichment and empowerment program, serving over 500 students in grades K-12 and beyond. Recruited, trained, and managed a summer staff of 90 teachers and four program leaders to run a six-week academic and enrichment summer program and a 50+ person school year staff to run school-year programming.

Led the Instructional Leadership team tasked with envisioning, planning, and executing a scope of learning that enables adults with no teaching experience to lead rigorous classrooms. Focused on the characteristics and motivations of the adult learner to design highly effective individual, small-group and large scale learning and development opportunities ranging from direct instruction on a specific topic to holistic, reflection-based leadership retreats. Leveraged multiple platforms (Blackboard, Google Classroom, Taskstream) to facilitate virtual and blended learning experiences.

Managed region-wide learning conferences in which over 200 attendees participated in differentiated learning experiences based on interest as well as a comprehensive needs assessment. Managed project from vision setting, to coordinating with external presenters, to detailed logistics ensuring a successful experience for all participants. Coordinated collection of data including ongoing needs assessments, satisfaction with learning experiences, and implementation of learning across our network of teachers.

Coached and developed a cohort of professionals on their path to becoming an excellent teacher. Used instructional and facilitative coaching models to support the immediate needs as well as the long term growth of the individual.

Partnered with the client to design module based learning experiences for the Blackboard learning platform. Created interactive platform-based experiences that integrate robust, dense content with engaging web-based activities that meet the needs of the adult learner.
