Working alongside the Chief Executive and Partners to design and implement marketing strategy and raise the profile of Mincoffs Solicitors LLP regionally and nationally.

Designed and implemented marketing and communications strategy to drive growth for Northumbria Law School. Working strategically with the Faculty Executive Team, I took responsibility for ensuring that both home and overseas targets were exceeded within the school. I led all marketing and student recruitment activities at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels, regionally, nationally and internationally in line with the business objectives of the Law School. I demonstrated strong management skills, leading a successful marketing team and had responsibility for budgets in excess of £200k.

Leading all marketing and business development activity for the hotel, health club and beauty spa, including:• Management of print, online and radio advertising• Project managing the production of print materials• Implementing PR campaigns and securing media coverage • Development of a business development strategy • Managing a budget of circa £60k.

Management of a sales team ensuring sales targets were exceeded. Developing strong relationships with the existing customer base and generating new customers through telephone campaigns.
