As Interim Executive Director I provided administrative, financial, and managerial oversight during MEDICO's search for a permanent Executive Director. I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the organization, and worked closely with the Board of Directors to execute the strategic plan and maintain productive relationships with donors, volunteers, and the communities MEDICO serves. I was also highly involved in the search for, hiring of and training of the permanent Executive Director.

As a Project Lead in the Target Properties pyramid I oversaw $250,000 - $1,000,000 , per month, of labor and materials for in-store projects. Working with a variety of cross functional teams, I planned and implemented key projects and processes for all 1800 Target stores, with a focus on sales growth and in-house efficiency. In doing so I drove value through prioritizing Target's field teams’ workload and leveraged our resources to maintain brand, drive sales, and avoid vendor costs.

As an Assistant Project Manager at Horwitz, my role was on-site project management support for commercial mechanical work as related to plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems in new construction facilities.
